HOW DOES IT WORK?

Booking your luxury picnic is now easier than ever! Here's how it works:

1. Submit a Booking Request

To get started, simply fill out our Booking Form with the following details:

  • Name, Email & Phone

  • Desired Date & Time

  • Number of Guests

  • Preferred Location (or let us choose a scenic spot for you!)

  • Add-ons you'd like to include (food, drinks, flowers, photographer, games, etc.)

Once submitted, we’ll begin crafting your perfect picnic!

2. We’ll Be In Touch

After you send in your booking request, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. We’ll reach out personally to:

  • Confirm your details

  • Share available picnic packages and pricing

  • Finalize your location and add-ons

  • Answer any questions you have

  • Collect payment to reserve your date

3. Leading Up to Your Picnic

As your event approaches:

  • We’ll check the weather the week of your picnic

  • We’ll touch base to confirm your final details

  • If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we offer flexible options: pavilion locations, outdoor tent or easy rescheduling

4. Your Picnic Day 

On the big day:

  • We arrive 1–2 hours before your scheduled start time to set up your picnic

  • You’ll get a text 5–10 minutes before your picnic begins with an exact pin of your setup location

  • We stay nearby to keep surprises intact and ensure everything goes smoothly

After you’ve enjoyed your time, we’ll return to clean everything up. You’ll receive a heads-up text 10 minutes before your time ends—or you can text us if you’re ready earlier. Please stay with the setup until we arrive to clean up.
